Seven Young Women Begin Their Novitiate

The Indian Province of the Daughters of Our Lady of the Garden rejoices with gratitude and joy as seven young women begin a new and significant stage of their vocational journey. Nemhanti, Anjana, Dibiyana, Disha, Akriti, Jenibha, and Anuka have entered the Novitiate, taking another step forward in their response to God’s call.

The entrance into the Novitiate is a beautiful moment of grace. It marks a deeper time of prayer, discernment, formation, and growing intimacy with Christ. During these years, the novices are invited to know more deeply the richness of consecrated life, the charism and spirituality of our Congregation, and the life and example of our Founder, St. Anthony Mary Gianelli.

With grateful hearts, we welcome these seven young women who are beginning this journey with hope and generosity. Each one comes with her own story, gifts, dreams, and experiences. Now, together, they will learn to walk as sisters, growing in faith, community life, prayer, and missionary availability.

Their journey reminds us that every vocation is a precious gift from God and a seed of hope for the future of our Congregation. As they begin this new chapter, we entrust them to the loving care of Our Lady of the Garden, asking her to accompany and guide them each day.

The Indian Province feels truly blessed to receive these seven first-year novices and joyfully accompanies them with prayer and affection.

May their “yes” become deeper each day, and may their lives continue to grow as a beautiful response to God’s call and a witness of vigilant evangelical charity.
