A Mission that Transforms the Heart

April 15-19, 2026

In a time when many young people tirelessly seek meaning, community, and authentic experiences, the Grotto of the Valley stands as a privileged space to rediscover God, Mary, and oneself.

The shared service among young people, Sisters, and educators weaves unbreakable fraternal bonds. In this space, one learns to work and pray in harmony, discovering that faith is strengthened when shared and lived in community.

Learning to Walk at the Pace of Others

Serving at the Grotto goes far beyond simple collaboration: it is a true school of life. There, one discovers that evangelizing also means knowing how to listen, wait, walk at the pace of others, cultivate patience, and joyfully give one’s time. In every simple gesture, faith becomes tangible.

Whoever goes through this mission does not return the same. They come back with a more sensitive heart, more grateful, and more open to others.

Every small action becomes a certainty: “Mary does not abandon her children.” For Our Lady of the Valley has that unique way—simple yet profound—of transforming the lives of those who draw near to her.

A Missionary Option

For all these reasons, the Provincial Chapter of the Sisters embraced this experience as a fundamental missionary option: to be close to the people, to embody the Gospel through service, and to continue doing good, always.

Our Lady of the Valley continues to call generous hearts. And perhaps today, she is also inviting you to live this experience.
